Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide quality content and services to all our customers.

All Cancellations received 24 hours after purchase will receive a 100% refund.  

Content Creation Cancellation: Based on the short turnaround time on content creation, we require that cancellations be made 24hours after a purchase is completed. Cancellations received for content creation services after 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after three days will be non-refundable. Content creation includes articles, blogs, and social media post creation.

Cancellation for Non-Content Services: non-content services may be cancelled within 14 days for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after 14days will be non-refundable.
