Cancellations received for content creation services after 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after three days will be non-refundable. Content creation includes articles, blogs, and social media post creation.

Welcome to www.instlytics.com. The www.instlytics.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Instlytics LLC. www.instlytics.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.instlytics.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Use of Services 

If you use Instlytics LLC for Business Services, you must redact or remove all sensitive information from all communications and documents. Instlytics LLC will not collect or store documents with sensitive information such as social security numbers, date of birth, or any other sensitive or identifiable information. Any documents submitted to our office by any medium, which has sensitive information will be deleted and your account will be terminated with immediate effect.  

 

If you use Instlytics LLC for calendar management, you will only share with limited to no details, where our representatives will only view times as “busy” or “free”. If calendars are shared with all information visible, services will be suspended until the issue is corrected.  

 

Instlytics LLCs services may not be used for illegal or misleading business practices. If it is found that you are operating an illegal or misleading business practice, your account and services will be terminated with immediate effect and reported to the relevant authorities.  

 

Performance 

All Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this agreement take effect. All Parties will ensure that all necessary information and software are available for the successful completion of services. Instlytics LLC will not be held liable for any inefficiencies, errors, omissions, or breakdowns that may pose an impact to clients, representatives, or their clients’ customers. 

 

   

Children Under Thirteen  

Instlytics LLC does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.instlytics.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.  

   

Payments, Monthly, and Subscription Fees 

Fees and payments must be paid in full prior to services being rendered. Monthly fees and subscriptions not paid at the scheduled time will result in suspension of services until payment is settled. Instlytics LLC will not be held liable for turnaround inefficiencies due to nonpayment. 

 

All work produced by Instlytics LLC allows for two free revisions. Revisions exceeding the two rounds of revisions will attract additional fees, which will need to be settled prior to a third round of revisions.

Termination/Access Restriction
